In a recent Q&A, both Ashley and Lewis Foster explain how recruitment has been one of the most challenging aspects of the business throughout their time in the industry, pointing out the lack of investment that is going into training people properly. However, a partnership with Lincoln College and Apprentices for Fire and Security has enabled the family-run business to take on apprentices through year-long schemes which is helping them to solve their ongoing recruitment issue.
