They were both recognised as real assets to their employers due to their hard work and dedication. The award was introduced in 2020 and is to be sponsored by Nittan Shield up until 2025.
SERC provides a range of apprenticeships, courses and professional development training in Northern Ireland. They have strong links with fire and security companies to provide relevant programmes to its students and apprentices to gain valuable knowledge and experience for them to excel in their field.
